This apartment is centrally located in the heart of the Amusement Park District of Coney Island.. This unit has a safari decor - elephant, zebra, tiger and giraffe furnishing. . This one of a kind retreat one bedroom loft can sleep up to 2 guest.This magnificent loft also offers breath taking views of the ocean along the Coney Island Boardwalk from bedroom window. The bedroom has a Queen size bed in addition to a queen size pull out sofa bed in living room, fully equipped kitchen and full bath, include linens, towels and kitchen utensils, toaster microwave Keurig pod coffee maker, and a window air conditioner (upon request during the summer months). Apartment is equipped with receptacle - USB charger and free Wi Fi service and smart tv. Private parking minimum fee or use alternate side of the street parking. Stroll along the world famous Coney Island Boardwalk, area beaches and amusement parks are less than a 2 minute walk from your stay. Less than a mile stroll along the Coney Island Boardwalk and you will arrive at the Little Odessa Brighton Beach neighborhood that is a bustling and vibrant community with many shops, cafe's and restaurants. Sheepshead bay and Emmons Avenue provides fishing excursions, zagat rated cuisine such as Randazzo's Clam Bar, Fornetto's fine Italian restaurant, Liman's Turkish restaurants but more importantly come and enjoy Coney Island there is so much to do - area amusement parks, Cyclone Rollercoaster, the Thunder Bolt Rollercoaster, MCU Park & the new Ford Amphitheater are literally just steps away, the world famous Parachute Jump, friday night fireworks, the New York Aquarium, Deno's Wonder wheel, the Scream Zone, Luna Park Rides. Eat at the Original Nathan's Famous, Applebee's, Totonno's brick oven pizza rated number 1 in NYC), Garguilo's and Tombola's restaurant, Chipotie and IHOP restaurants, Ford Amphitheater and in 2022 the new Coney Island Ferry Service. Summary: Very clean place at convenient location in the heart fo the Coney Island. Few minutes to boardwalk (ocean!), shopping, and subway. Apartment is clean and quiet. Supplyed with all i needed. Edwin is a great host. I found excellent place to stay on my next visit. Thank you, Edwin!

Summary: This is our second time. Last year 2019 we came for 4 nights only. We loved it so much we came for a whole week this year around. Fine, COVID 19 had Luna Park closed but there was still plenty of stands on the boardwalk to have lunch and dinner every day. There are other shops open in the neighborhood as well. Edwin, the manager of this rental is a fantastic gentleman. He is always available for help. We will come back again next year with God's grace.

Summary: Clean and comfortable apartment with great light. Location close to the Coney Island boardwalk and beach and subway. Owner is very responsive. Lots of small restaurants and shops nearby. Private parking was a huge plus.

Summary: Very efficient apartment for the two of us. Great breeze blowing through the apartment, barely used the air conditioner. Very convenient to get to the train station, Coney Island boardwalk, bus, stores and restaurants.

Summary: The owners were so nice!! We stayed on the 4th floor which we loved. The view of the beach and the breeze that came through the window was amazing. The place was clean and you had all the comforts of home. It was a block from the beach/boardwalk and within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops. The train station is about 3 blocks away. Take advantage of the parking the owners offer. You won’t need your car once you get there. The bed was comfortable. I ran a half marathon on the boardwalk while there but we are going back and bringing a few other friends. You won’t be disappointed. Barb M

Summary: Coney Island is like many seaside entertainment areas: a fun and electric boardwalk, rough around the edges. But 2 short blocks away this apartment behind a nondescript door and a 4th-floor walkup, is a lovely retreat. Tastefully decorated, it has all the amenities one needs including very comfortable leather sofa and recliner, jacuzzi tub, and a fully adjustable window a/c unit. There is a nice view of the boardwalk and the ocean. A small grocery a couple doors down. The hosts are delightful.

Summary: The place has a great views, it's clean, and well kept. There are some large animals in the room for decoration that fit nicely with my thoughts of Coney Island. The place has a kitchen, full fridge and microwave, which is great. There is a keurig machine and coffee machine which was greatly appreciated. It is one block from the boardwalk. The views do come at a price, it's a 4th floor walkup and not in a nice area. Mermaid ave at that spot is rundown. I had a lot of catcallers at one point and it didn't feel safe. But for the most part it was ok.
